2026 Yakima Association of REALTORS® Scholarship Application
Deadline to Apply: 5:00 PM PST on June 6th, 2026

Scholarship Purpose:
​
To support academic endeavors, events, or education.
​
Eligibility:
​
• Dependents under the age of 25 of Yakima Association of REALTORS® members and affiliates.
• Applicants must be pursuing an academic degree.
• Preference will be given to candidates in undergraduate programs.
• Not available for continuing education license requirements.

Evaluation Criteria:
​
Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Financial Need
• Educational Plans
• Academic Grades
• Applicant traits that align with REALTOR® standards

Application Requirements:
​
To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must submit the following:
​
1. Completed Application Form: Fill out all sections of this application.
2. References: Provide two (2) professional and/or academic references from individuals
familiar with your background and abilities. References should address your
qualifications as they relate to this scholarship.
3. Academic Transcript: Include a copy of your grades, including your overall GPA.
4. Personal Statement: Submit a personal statement detailing your educational and/or career goals and explain how this scholarship will help you achieve them.
