When You Invest In RPAC, You Invest In Protecting Your Business and Industry
REALTOR® Political Action Committee (or RPAC) dollars help protect your business and industry. In 2020, advocacy efforts on behalf of Washington Realtors® helped deem Real Estate agents in the State of Washington as essential workers, therefore saving the real estate industry during COVID-19. RPAC dollars help fund advocacy to fight bills and taxes detrimental to real estate, homeownership, and small businesses. Investing in RPAC means investing in your business and future.

WELL WATER ORDINANCE ADVOCACY
Since early 2017, YAR Government Affairs Committee & community partners have been earnestly tracking the actions of the Yakima County Commissioners in creating the YCWRS. The Yakima Association of REALTORS®, along with community partners hosted a Community Feedback Forum on October 4th. The facilitated discussion included an overview and history of YCWRS, county water rights and the Hirst decision, and featured input from leaders of each partner organization and the general public.
