The Legal Hotline is a self-help tool for REALTORS®. We have compiled thousands of legal hotline questions (and answers) into the database so you can research real estate legal questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This information is supplied to you as a REALTOR® Member benefit, please help us restrict them to members. To access this benefit, please login using your NRDS number. If you don't find what you need - you can contact the Legal Hotline Attorney Directly. If the Hotline Attorney is not available, leave a message and she will get back to you - usually the next business day.

Tech Hotline
You would rather spend your time working than fixing your computer problems, right?
The Tech Helpline is a member benefit for Washington REALTORS® offering support for hardware, software, networking and digital devices. Our analysts are friendly technology experts and can assist you via phone, fax, email or online chat. They troubleshoot problems and offer solutions, often by remoting in to your computer while you relax.
They can advise you on hardware and software purchasing. Most importantly, they understand your needs as a REALTOR®.
