New Member Checklist:
- Complete Application for REALTOR® Membership
- Pay fees for Association dues, Supra Key, and MLS service. Call 509-457-8191 for more information.
- Once you have paid your fees, you will be given an NRDS number to complete your Code of Ethics training. Code of Ethics must be successfuly completed for membership.
- Attend YAR Orientation within 90 days.
- Attend MLS Orientation within 90 days.
- Once you have completed your New Member Orientation, then your application for REALTOR® Membership will be submitted.
